About the Chiropractor
Hello!
My name is Dr. Harrison, I would like to tell you a little bit about myself.
I am a board certified chiropractor and have been in practice for over eight years. I have a practice in the southeastern part of Denver, bordering Aurora.
I specialize in the non-surgical treatment of disc conditions in the neck and low back, gentle chiropractic care of neck and back injuries and pain, conservative management of migraine and headaches, gentle chiropractic care for children, and rehabilitation for sports injuries.
I decided to become a doctor of chiropractic when I was having unrelenting low back pain as an early teen. The pain was so intense I could not walk without a limp, or play any sports (which was devastating as a teenage boy).
My family physician referred my parents and me to a local chiropractor in small town Pennsylvania. He treated me for a few visits and the pain disappeared and I could get back to playing soccer, basketball, and wrestling. It was one of those miracles! From that time, I knew what I was going to be when I grew up.
I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2001 and attended Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo with a pre-med major.
While at Palmer, becoming a doctor, I had the opportunity to travel to Nepal and donate my time, knowledge, and care to those in need.
As for my free time, I am happily married with 3 beautiful children, who keep my life full of activity! My family is also active in the community and we are members of Bethany Lutheran Church.
