What is my Wrist Pain?

Wrist pain can be a variety of things, from carpal tunnel syndrome, fracture of the carpal bones (usually scaphoid) or ends of the long bones of the forearm, strained ligaments, nerve damage, to a sprained wrist.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome occurs when the median nerve becomes pinched in the tunnel of the wrist causing mild to extreme pain in the hand, wrist, and/or fingers. Symptoms often include wrist pain that radiates to the hand and or fingers.
